DB11 V8 coupe

(2017 - date)

Following the successful launch of the  DB11 V12 coupe, AML took the opportunity of the 2017 Goodwood Festival of Speed to announce the DB11 V8. In almost all respects, the V8 is identical to the V12 and almost matches it in performance too. The 4 litre V8 is twin turbocharged, like the 5.2 litre V12 with an output of 503 bhp, a little behind the 600 of the V12. But usefully, with the V8 engine, the car weighs 115 kg less and produces less CO2 too.

The AMG built V8 also powers the 2019 V8 Vantage, which is due to be unveilled in October or November 2018.
