Works Service Special Projects of the 1990’s

The section covering the Works Service special coachbuilt cars of the 1990’s has been total revamped with many more previously unseen images. These cars, many still hidden from public view are the very pinnacle of Aston Martin as a bespoke car manufacturer.

V12 Vanquish Roadster by Zagato…….what if?

What if this, the most spectacular variant of the V12 Vanquish actually achieved production reality? The V12 Vanquish Roadster by Zagato was perhaps the star of the 2004 Geneva Motor Show but only this, the single prototype was built. Rarely seen since, the car was shown in public at ‘The Quail, a Motorsports Gathering’ during August 2013. Loads of new images added to the page including previously unseen shots from the 2004 Geneva show.

DB9 Spyder Zagato Centennial

A pair of brand new Aston Zagatos

A real highlight of the Kensington Palace Aston Martin Centenary Timeline, marking the 100 years of the company, was the debut of two unique coachbuilt Zagatos, the DBS Coupe Zagato Centennial and the DB9 Spyder Zagato Centennial. The association between the two companies began over 50 years ago and Aston Zagatos are always outstanding and sometimes a little challenging too.
