Lagonda Rapide, plenty of new images and revised page

The Lagonda Rapide has for some time lagged in popularity behind the DB 2 door cars of the same era. Yet with only 55 ever built, they are at last becoming more highly regarded than ever before. The page has had a major revision and now features images of a fair few cars.

DB7 V12 GT – revised page with loads of new images

Often described as the ultimate DB7, the scarce GT model was only available for a year at the end of DB7 production. With the most powerful engine fitted to DB7, only 190 were built making them highly sought after.

15/98 2 litre Saloon updated page

Quite a while since we have updated a pre-war Aston Martin page so here is one of the rare ones, the 15/98 2 litre saloon. I found a few more images so these have been added to this page today.

More Centenary Timeline photos

I have added more images from the Centenary Timeline on out Facebook page. So far the album has all the examples of the DB4 from the day.

The 2005 RAC TT race, Silverstone

It was 9 years ago that Aston Martin Racing was formed, a partnership between AML at Gaydon and Prodrive at Banbury. And the first, and arguably most successful car of that partnership was the FIA GT1 class DBR9. You may not know this but in four years of active service within the official works team, the AMR DBR9 only ever competed once on British soil at the 2005 RAC Tourist Trophy race at Silverstone. The page featuring this race has now been transferred from the old website to the new  one.

The 2020, a concept based on the DB7

You may not recognise this concept Aston Martin from 2001. It is the Twenty Twenty, designed by Giorgetto and Fabrizio Giugiaro of Italdesign Giugiaro. The page has been fully updated with loads of new images from the 2001 Geneva Motor Show.

V8 Vantage Le Mans page updated

This is one of the greatest Aston Martins of all time. Limited to just 40 examples, the V8 Vantage Le Mans page has had loads of new images added today.
