There has been a major update of the DB7 section with many new photographs of previously unseen cars.

DB7 V12 GT – revised page with loads of new images

Often described as the ultimate DB7, the scarce GT model was only available for a year at the end of DB7 production. With the most powerful engine fitted to DB7, only 190 were built making them highly sought after.

James Bond’s DBS from Casino Royale

Loads of new images of a pair of DBS’s used in the making of the James Bond film, Casino Royale. Five cars were used in total during filming, two hero cars used for close-ups and regular driving with another three were modified DB9 prototypes stunt cars.

V12 Vanquish Roadster by Zagato…….what if?

What if this, the most spectacular variant of the V12 Vanquish actually achieved production reality? The V12 Vanquish Roadster by Zagato was perhaps the star of the 2004 Geneva Motor Show but only this, the single prototype was built. Rarely seen since, the car was shown in public at ‘The Quail, a Motorsports Gathering’ during August 2013. Loads of new images added to the page including previously unseen shots from the 2004 Geneva show.

Revised Vanquish Centenary Edition page

More pictures of the Centenary Vanquish added today. Here is a close up of what is the best Aston Martin wings badge ever. The Centennial editions all receive bespoke sterling silver AM wings badges, to a new design featuring additional rays within the wings visible through the transparent enamel.

After checking through photographs that I took at this years Silverstone Historic Festival, I  realised that parked amongst 300 other Astons was the unique one-of-one DB7 V12 Vantage Volante GTS II. The rarest DB7 ever made? Quite possibly.
