Six ex-prototype DB7 Vantage chassis were sold in the mid 2000’s and three are in various stages of development to race on the track. This new page shows these fascinating cars.

V8 Vantage prototype from 1977
- 08/06/2014A new page featuring the prototype V8 Vantage has been added today with previously unpublished images of this important car in history of the marque. The V8 Vantage was not only the first Aston Martin supercar, but the first British supercar, built to take on the Ferrari 512BB, Lamborghini Countach and Porsche 911 Turbo. Unlike most of the others, it could carry 4 passengers to a speed of 170 mph and accelerate from a standstill to 60 mph in 5.4 seconds.
