The page featuring the coachbuilt DB2/4 Spider by Bertone now features all three cars. Two are resident in the USA and on in mainland Europe.
The unique DB2/4 Fixedhead coupe prototype has recently been offered and sold during the 2014 Bonhams Aston Martin auction.
This particular Aston Martin model is so rare, only two were ever built. It is also one of the most travelled as the rolling chassis was built in the UK, then it was shipped to Italy to receive the coach built body before final finishing in the USA. The page featuring the DB2/4 Drophead coupe by Bertone has been revised with additional images taken at Pebble Beach in 2007.
This delightful open car is based on the DB2/4 Mark II fitted with two seater spyder coachwork by the famous Italian company, Carrozzeria Touring of Milan. Plenty of new images of what is arguably the most attractive Aston Martin of the 1950’s.
