Standard (12/50) Tourer and Saloon

(Second Series, 1½ litre, Tourer and Saloon) (1932 - 1933)

During 1932 and 1933, the factory also offered a 'standard' car on the longer 10 foot chassis (also known as the 12/50). This was available with either touring or saloon coachwork by E. Bertelli Ltd. Probably only about 20 were built in total, being overshadowed by the lower slung sportier models. These cars are most easily identified by the taller radiator shells and enamelled badges. Sadly very few examples of this rare car survive in their original form.

According to the AMOC register, all of the cars featured on this page were initially constructed as saloons but have been more recently converted to tourers. Rather sad.
