Introduced simultaneously with the 2011MY coupe, the Volante was given the same upgrades as the closed car including the desirable standard fitting of the Adaptive Damping System . Although these cars were sold over a two year period, sales volumes were low since the similar Virage and DBS were both fresher to the market. Demand for the ageing DB9 was diminishing and they are really quite a scarce motor car, especially it seems in the UK.
