A number of prototypes were used in the development of the DB12. Once wrapped in green camouflage wrap, the changes from the DB11 are tricky if not impossible to spot. Aston Martin even used branded wrap so that if the cars were spotted and featured by the auto press, it would ensure maximum exposure to the new car - quite different to what happened decades ago.
