During the VH era of Aston Martin production there have been a number of interesting concept cars, not all of which actually made production. The CC100 was built especially to celebrate the Centenary; premiered at the Nürburgring 24-hour race in late May and was paraded around the circuit by Dr Bez himself. Just two examples of the Aston Martin CC100 Speedster Concept were to be built. The stunning Design Prototype 100 – DP-100 Vision Gran Turismo was even more exclusive than the CC100 as it only existed in the virtual world of gaming and a single full sized model was built. Aston Martin were delighted in 2014 that James Bond was once again drive an Aston Martin in Spectre, for the 24th film in the series. On this occasion and for the first time, the car, the DB10, was developed specifically for the film and built in-house by the marque’s design and engineering teams.
