Since 2018 the DBS has stood at the pinnacle of Aston Martin’s series production range with a 5.2 litre, twin-turbo engine. In early 2023 and with production of the AM7 generation DBS nearing its end, Aston Martin introduced the DBS 770 Ultimate. Unlike previous ‘Ultimates’, the DBS 770 has had a significant round of upgrades including the engine. At a stroke it became the most powerful series production Aston Martin ever, and the fastest and most powerful DBS to date. Available in both Coupe and Volante form, DBS770 Ultimate is being built in strictly limited numbers – 300 Coupes and 199 Volantes. AML have claimed that all examples had actually sold ahead of release.
