DBS V12 Volante Carbon Edition

The Carbon Edition DBS was also available with the Volante body style. Very difficult to distinguish from the previous Carbon Black DBS or any other black DBS unless you spot the few tell-tail features. On the Carbon Edition, all meshes are black as is the grille, rear lights are smoked with carbon infill, facia and mirror caps are carbon fibre as are the tips on the Touchtronic paddles. The only key differences from the coupe is the use of standard full grain leather instead of the semi-aniline and the headlining on the Volante is either Black, Tailors Grey or Ivory alcantara instead of quilted leather.

The special or unique features that distinguish the Carbon Edition DBS Volante are

  • Ceramic Grey, (rare) Flame Orange or especially formulated AML Carbon Black
  • Optional satin lacquer paint finish
  • Black meshes ( bonnet and side strakes), silver mesh was accost option
  • Black front grille, bright grille was a no cost option
  • Smoked rear lamps with carbon fibre infill
  • Carbon fibre mirror caps
  • Zircotek coated black finish to the tailpipes
  • Choice of thee optional wheel finishes (black/diamond turned, reverse black painted /diamond turned – unique to the Carbon Edition and full painted black).
  • Obsidian Black, Sahara Tan or Madagascar Orange semi-aniline leather
  • Obsidian Black or Sahara Tan carpet
  • Black quilted leather headlining and black alcantara cantrails
  • Carbon fibre upper facia and piano black centre console
  • Carbon fibre sill plaques with laser-cut ‘carbon’ logos
  • Anodised black B&O speaker grilles
  • Carbon fibre trimmed paddle tips (instead place of leather on the standard DBS)
  • Optional gold brake callipers
